We don't know this person's name, or who's car this actually IS, BUT...I'd say this person is just a BIT overly paranoid about getting their precious "smart car" scratched. So much so that they are willing to deprive any other shopper from parking next to them. folks....if you need this much space to get into this tiny little car....maybe you should get a bigger car? lol Just sayin!
